Guerilla Warfare & A Police State – A First Look At Aleš Kot And Danijel Žeželj’s Days Of Hate #1

by Hannah Means Shannon

New “maxi-series” Days of Hate is coming up from Image Comics in January, written by Aleš Kot (Zero, Generation Gone) and illustrated by Danijel Žeželj (Starve), with colors by Jordie Bellaire (Redlands, Pretty Deadly).
Described as an “American thriller tragedy”, Days of Hate is set in the USA in 2022. Two characters, plagued by a shared loss, have gone separate ways–one into the police state–and the other into guerilla warfare against white supremacy.

Kot explains:

Days of Hate is all about the characters. It’s about them living in a country that is falling apart. It’s about love, hate, war, tragedy, and layers of intrigue and double-crossing. It’s about the things people do to survive and to live—and about killing Nazis.
