Katrina Law To Return To Arrow

 

Nyssa Al Ghul will be coming back to Star City in an upcoming episode Arrow.
Variety reports that Katrina Law will return to the series as Nyssa after a long(ish) absence. According to executive producers Wendy Mericle and Marc Guggenheim, her appearance will be in “an unforgettable episode that will change Arrow forever.” The story will see her issuing a warning to Team Arrow as an impending danger seeks to damage the city in ways even Cayden James (Michael Emerson) cannot predict.
Or is this James’s master plan finally revealed?
Law and Nyssa were last seen in the Season Five finale, which saw her teaming up with Oliver (Stephen Amell) and Deathstroke (Manu Bennett) against her sister Talia (Lexa Doig) in the big Lian Yu showdown. Often a friend of Team Arrow, Nyssa is also a former girlfriend of Sara Lance (Caity Lotz) and Oliver’s ex-wife via a complicated League of Assassins connection. In fact, that marriage may still be binding in certain circles.
But familiar faces never stay away from Arrow for too long. Unless of course you’re the Huntress — who was dismissively name-checked last week — or Rory Regan (Joe Dinicol), the Ragman, whose supernatural abilities never quite sat right on the mostly grounded series.
