Christopher Robin Teaser Brings Us Back To Childhood

by Christine Marie Attardo

I think Winnie the Pooh’s voice might be directly connected to the “feels” button in my heart because this week brought the teaser trailer for Christopher Robin, and I can’t stop watching it. The beloved tales written by A.A. Milne have been jumping onto screens for years and years, but now we are getting a tale much different.
Disney is bringing us the adult life of Christopher Robin after he returns from World War II. He now lives with his wife and daughter in London where he works for a company selling luggage. The movie is set in the late 1940s and as you can see from the trailer, it looks like Christopher’s  childhood friend arrives just in time…
Take a look:

Adorable, don’t you think?
Here is the breakdown of stars from Disney:

The film stars Ewan McGregor as Christopher Robin; Hayley Atwell as his wife Evelyn; Bronte Carmichael as his daughter Madeline; and Mark Gatiss as Keith Winslow, Robin’s boss. The film also features the voices of: Jim Cummings as Winnie the Pooh; Chris O’Dowd as Tigger; Brad Garrett as Eeyore; Toby Jones as Owl; Nick Mohammed as Piglet; Peter Capaldi as Rabbit; and Sophie Okonedo as Kanga.
