This is the issue I’ve been waiting for ever since co-creators, David Barnett and Martin Simmonds informed me at Portsmouth Comic Con at the beginning of May that issue 5 of Black Crown’s Punks Not Dead (out This Wednesday, the 20th of June) will be a whole issue revealing Dorothy Culpepper’s secret history.
One of the stand out characters of this fine book, we finally get to see her rise to becoming the head of he Department of Extra-Usual Affairs.
