Diablo III Eternal Collection Announced For The Nintendo Switch

Fans of Blizzard games rejoiced this week as the company announced one of their most popular titles coming to a new system. Yes, Diablo IIIwill be bringing hell to the Nintendo Switch! The game combines the Ultimate Evil Edition and Rise of the Necromancer pack into a single bundle.
Gamespot shared:

The Switch version of Diablo 3 is being developed in-house and utilizes the work done for the well-received PS4 and Xbox One ports of the game…By utilizing the Nintendo Switch’s online service, save files will be automatically uploaded to the cloud, allowing for progress to be backed up and also transferred onto other devices.

I have played many Blizzard games in my lifetime, but have never played Diablo. Now that it’s coming to the Switch, I’ll have to give it a try! While there is no official release date, we can keep our fingers crossed for a holiday season date.
