NYCC 2018: Aziraphale and Crowley Have Tea At The End Of The World In Good Omens Teaser

Amazon has finally released a teaser for next year’s Good Omens and it looks like something special.
Based on the novel by Neil Gaiman and the late Terry Prachett, Good Omens tells the tale of the original Eden serpent (Tennant) and the Guardian of the East Gate of Heaven (Sheen) as they seek out the Antichrist while the world heads into its final hours of tribulation. Their aim is to halt the End of All Things as they’ve come to enjoy their lives in the United Kingdom. Meanwhile, the Antichrist grows up in a quiet Oxfordshire town. Derek Jacoby and Jon Hamm also star.
In reference to his other television, Gaiman recently said the series is “funny and loving, and I hope kind of gentle where American Gods is brutal and dark, and unflinchingly honest.” But then, in a typical Gaiman-style fit of whimsy, he added, “Or possibly the other way around.”
Good Omens comes to Amazon in 2019.
