Oliver Discovers Level 2 On Next Week’s Arrow

Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) finally made a fateful choice to chase the Demon down in Level 2 of Slabside Prison, but as glimpsed in this preview of next week’s Arrow, Level 2 is more than just a supermax wing. Level 2 is also a psych ward.
Meanwhile, Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) appears to be breaking bad with her kidnapping of Silencer (Miranda Edwards) and seeking out guidance from Black Siren (Katie Cassidy). But will it be enough to take Diaz (Kirk Acevedo) off the board? No matter what, though, Felicity clearly never comes back from whatever upcoming mistake she makes, as evidenced by the flash-forward story.
