Justice Clothing Launches Ultra Squad Comic Under New Entertainment Division

by James Ferguson

Comic books are becoming more and more ingrained within popular culture and I could not be happier.  The latest company to get into the funny book game is Justice, the store that sells anything and everything for tween girls.  They’re launching a new entertainment division called Justice Studios and with it, a graphic novel.

Ultra Squad is the first book in a new graphic novel series following four tween girls as they battle an evil force threatening Earth.  They use their magical super-girl powers to save the universe.  Everything about this is super positive and sounds like some fun.
Written by Julia DeVillers and illustrated by Rafael Rosado, Ultra Squad features four main characters: Posey, Anna, Lyric, and Sky.  Each one is unique with her own special traits.  For example, Posey loves acting and fashion and Anna is a gymnast who also enjoys lacrosse and rock wall climbing.  Lyric lives for music and writing poetry and Sky is into technology and science experiments.  Kids will see themselves in at least one of these characters.
Lece Lohr, President of Justice says:

At Justice, we are and always have been wholly invested in empowering girls in unique ways while providing a positive and safe platform parents can trust. Through Ultra Squad and its relatable characters, we can show our girls that teamwork and positivity can make all the difference in the world.

Ultra Squad will be available on Saturday, November 3rd in Justice stores nationwide and online for only $8.00 To celebrate the launch, the graphic novel will be free in-store with a $25 purchase, while supplies last.  This offer is limited to one per person.  The second book in the Ultra Squad collection will arrive in early 2019.
