How Much Did The Last Four Minutes Of ‘This Is Us’ Mess You Up?
by Christine Marie Attardo
I’ve said it once, and I will say it again. This Is Us is one of the best written shows on TV now a days. The Fall finale left my jaw dropped this week, and now I’m counting down how many weeks we have until the show returns.

It never ceases to amaze me how much they can scramble your brain in a matter of four minutes. It was actually four minutes and thirty seconds at the end of the episode that did it. Poor Randall and Beth. I hate to see them in turmoil, but perhaps that is where the crack in their relationship formed as we see the future Randall possibly separate from Beth. You can see the two actors debate how their fight affected their characters here.

Then there’s Vietnam…In the past we see Jack experience what I think is his brother faking his death with a boat explosion, and in the future we realize that Nick Pearson isn’t dead at all. This is the biggest takeaway from the Fall finale for me. I can’t wait to see how that turns out.
Thank god for Toby and Kate being happy…I’ve been re-watching the clip for days now. Join me.
This Is Us returns January 15th.
