Identity Stunt Builds To A Death-Defying Duel In January’s Final Issue

by James Ferguson

Next month sees the release of the fourth and final issue of Identity Stunt from Markosia Enterprises. Dubbed “Lethal Weapon,” the finale brings Sami Nasser’s adventure to a head. His life has been turned upside down by the ganglord Dominus Smith and now he’s teamed up with the unhinged vigilante, Beatdown to save his family by any means necessary.

Written by Joe R. Khachadourian and illustrated by J. Briscoe Allison, Identity Stunt is a love letter to the classic action films of the ‘80s and ‘90s. It delivers complex characters, a touch of romance, and a fistful of masked lunatics.
Series creator and writer Joe R. Khachadourian says:

Everything — literally everything — we’ve done so far has been building towards the moments in this issue. Identity Stunt was written with the ending in mind, so getting to this point has been incredibly fulfilling. I truly hope and believe our readers and fans will feel that same electric excitement that J. Briscoe, Tone, colorist Juancho Velez, and letterer A.J. Scherkenbach and I all feel right now. This issue has everything you’d want out of an action blockbuster: adventure, thrills, surprises, and heart. And hey, how about those last two pages, eh?

Identity Stunt #4 will feature a cover by Tone Rodriguez.
Artist J. Briscoe Allison adds:

Identity Stunt is my magnum opus! I’ve been so excited to draw Joe’s script due to how different it is from everything else I’ve seen out there. I brought everything I had to the table and poured my life into this explosive project. I hope it shows!

Identity Stunt #4 is scheduled for release on January 2nd, 2019 through ComiXology and is currently available for pre-order. The first three issues can be purchased digitally through ComiXology or DriveThruComics and in print at the Identity Stunt store. A trade paperback collecting all four issues will be available in comic shops early next year.
