Nightwing #56 is out this week and promises the return of Ric Grayson (guess DC got sick of their own writers slipping in all those ‘dick’ jokes, finally). Presented by Scott Lobdell, Fabian Nicieza, Davide Gianfelice and Nick Filard, here’s your preview of this week’s issue. That, and a variant cover by the wonderful Otto Schmidt.

The Nightwings have been picking up the slack Dick Grayson left behind, making a dent in petty crime and cleaning up the streets of Blüdhaven. But as Scarecrow’s plan comes to fruition, it looks like they may have bitten off more than they can chew…putting Grayson in a position he was not prepared for.
