David Jesus Vignolli Enters The Unknown In ‘New World’ Early Preview

Get ready for a journey of excitement, adventure and magic around every turn. This August, Boom! Studios will release New World, an original graphic novel from Brazilian cartoonist David Jesus Vignolli. It mixes myth with history beginning with the arrival of Europeans on the shores of South America. We’ll follow a native warrior seeking revenge against those who invaded her land, an African musician fighting for freedom against those who enslaved him, and a Portuguese sailor in search of redemption.

New World delves into the ways our differences unite us in our darkest hours, blending the cultures of Vignolli’s personal heritage. It digs into a legend with a mix of fantasy and history for a world unlike any other.
