We know all about the heroes of the Rebellion in Star Wars, but what about those on the other side? Sure, they’re painted as the bad guys, but there are plenty of heroes in the Empire’s ranks. TIE Fighter, a new mini-series debuting in April from Marvel Comics, follows the elite squadrons of TIE fighter pilots that fight to defend the Empire and bring down the Rebel Alliance.
How far with the Imperial Shadow Wing go to win the war?
Written by Jody Houser and illustrated by Roge Antonio, TIE Fighter begins in April. It will feature a cover by Giuseppe Camuncoli & Elia Bonetti.
This is nice timing as there will be a sister novel series, Star Wars: Alphabet Squad, debuting in June from Del Ray books.
