Archie Comics Shares A Sneak Peek At Riverdale FCBD Special

Riverdale has been renewed for a fourth season and I’m pretty excited. Fortunately, that’s not all the teen drama and intrigue we’ll be getting as Archie Comics is releasing a Riverdale Season 3 Special for Free Comic Book Day in May.
The publisher has shared an early look at the issue from writer Micol Ostow, artist Thomas Pitilli, colorist Andre Szymanowicz, and letterer John Workman.

 


This special takes us back to the beginning in this all-new story based on the TV series. It’s picture day at Riverdale High! The student council is taking votes for the class superlatives. As everyone preps for their close-ups, the ballot box is stolen and everyone is a suspect. This comic also include an advance look at Scholastic’s original Riverdale novel.

The Riverdale Season 3 Special will be available for free at participating comic shops on May 4^th, Free Comic Book Day. If you want to get your hands on this book, be sure to tell your local shop as the final order cutoff date is Monday, February 4^th.
