McFarlane Toys To Release New DC Comics Products In 2020

Award winning toy company, McFarlane Toys, announced a three-year global licensing agreement with Warner Bros. Starting in 2020, McFarlane Toys will release new products that encompass DC Comics characters from comic books, video games and feature films. The toys will be 6” – 12” ultra-posable figures with corresponding accessories and vehicles. The new brand will be titled, DC Multiverse.
Todd McFarlane, Owner and CEO of McFarlane Toys, says:
This partnership with Warner Bros. Consumer Products and DC will be great fun for my company, and a chance to deliver products that millions of fans of the DC brand have been asking for. The DC universe has captivated the world and to be able to play in that ‘sandbox’ now makes me feel like a kid all over again. I can’t wait to see what we can accomplish together.
This is exciting news since McFarlane Toys is known for their highly detailed model figurines. I can’t wait for next year to see their takes on all the DC Superheroes. This won’t be their first foray with comic characters since some of their first figures were from McFarlane’s Spawn franchise.
