A 2nd Preview Video For YU-NO: A Girl Who Chants Love At The Bound Of This World
by Sage Ashford
Visual novel YU-NO was confirmed to get an anime adaptation back in December of 2017, and now we’ve got our second promotional video for the anime series. In YU-NO, main character Takuya Arima is a high school student who recently had his father, a known historian, vanish mysteriously. While on vacation, Takuya receives a note from his father talking about the existence of parallel worlds, then discovers a device with the ability to transport him between the parallel worlds.
The series is going to be animated by Studio feel., and is scheduled for an April 2019 release, airing for 2 cours, meaning it will run from its premiere in April all the way into the Fall in October. They’ve confirmed that the main voice actors from the visual novel will return to reprise their roles in this anime, with the director being Tetsuo Hirakawa (of Grimoire of Zero fame), who claims they intend to include all the characters and routes from the novel.
