WonderCon 2019: Boom! Studios Announces Plans, Signings & Exclusives

Convention season is heating up and fans will soon have a chance to get their hands on all kinds of exclusive merch. Boom! Studios has announced it will be attending WonderCon Anaheim from March 29th – 31st at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, CA. On the agenda are two panels, one with an all-star group of creators and another celebrating the five anniversary of one of my favorite books, Lumberjanes. Fans attending the Lumberjanes panel will receive an exclusive fifth anniversary embroidered patch. Details below:

Saturday, March 30th
Boom! Studios: Discover Yours at WonderCon

Discover your new comic book obsession at WonderCon – and we guarantee you’re going to find it at this panel! Join Ryan Parrott (Mighty Morphin Power Rangers), Lilah Sturges (The Magicians: Alice’s Story), C.B. Lee (Ben 10™), Carly Usdin (The Avant-Guards),  Delilah S. Dawson (Sparrowhawk), Sina Grace and Matt Gagnon (Editor-In-Chief, BOOM! Studios) for a jam-packed, interactive panel featuring the most acclaimed creators in comics as they discuss the diverse imprints of BOOM! Studios, Archaia, BOOM! Box and KaBOOM! with surprises for everyone in the audience. Moderated by Filip Sablik (President, Publishing & Marketing, BOOM! Studios).

Lumberjanes: Celebrating Five Years of Friendship!

BOOM! Studios’ Lumberjanes is one of the biggest success stories in comics—and it’s time to celebrate FIVE YEARS OF FRIENDSHIP! Join co-creator Shannon Watters, writer Kat Leyh, writer Lilah Sturges, and Executive Editor Jeanine Schaefer to celebrate entering the biggest year ever for Miss Qiunzella Thiskwin Penniquiqul Thistle Crumpet’s Camp for Hardcore Lady Types with exclusive giveaways for every fan in attendance. Moderated by Tracy Brown (Staff Writer, LA Times).
In addition to these panels, fans can visit Boom! Studios at booth #1301 for a chance to meet creators and celebrities including David Yost, the Blue Ranger and Walter Jones, the Black Ranger from the original Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. Here’s the full signing schedule:
