ECCC 2019: Pander Brothers Triple X Returns & Rebrands As Dissident X

Dark Horse Comics has announced the return of Triple X from the Pander Brothers, albeit under a new banner. Originally published in 1994, the political sci-fi thriller graphic novel has been remastered and re-released with all new, never-before-seen story and artwork as Dissident X.

Dissident X follows Hans Nobel, a fugitive American journalist with a photographic memory as he escapes a 2033 surveillance state after New York City falls under martial law. He finds a new tyrannical conspiracy waiting for him in Amsterdam.  With his back against the wall, Hans must choose between the pen and the sword to expose the truth and start a revolution.
The Pander Brothers have been working on the new story, art, and colors for this definitive edition of Dissident X since 2016.  This re-release includes the original graphic novel, now in full color, as well as a brand new introductory prequel and finale and sketchbook section.
Dissident X clocks in at 416 pages and will retail for $29.99.  It’s set for release on September 4^th, 2019 at your local comic shop and September 17^th at bookstores and Amazon.
