Jessica Jones Returns June 14th

The third and final season of Jessica Jones will debut on Netflix June 14th. It sees Jessica (Krysten Ritter) facing off against someone convinced she is a fraud and a cheater. At least, that’s what this teaser video suggests.
Presumably, the season will also see Jessica either mending her relationship with Trish Walker (Rachael Taylor) or severing it utterly. For Trish’s part, we’re going to assume she has some sort of superhuman ability following the ordeal she went through last season and learning something about her eagerness. But will it be enough for Jessica to forgive her best friend? That, of course, remains to be seen.
Additionally, we can’t help but wonder if the show will feature more closure than the other Netflix Marvel shows. As showrunner and executive producer Melissa Rosenberg was planning to exist the series well before Netflix cut its ties with Marvel Entertainment, it may feel more complete and avoid a cliffhanger it can never resolve. We certainly hope that’s the case as Jessica deserves better.
