The All-Out Action Series Identity Stunt Gets Digital Collection

by James Ferguson

Identity Stunt, the love letter to action films of the ’80s and ’90s is getting collected by Markosia Enterprises. The four-issue series is now available in a 100 page digital collection. Written by Joe R. Khachadourian, illustrated by J. Briscoe Allison, Ruairi Coleman, and Tone Rodriguez, this collection includes never-before-seen bonus material.

Identity Stunt: Volume 1 – The Fall Guy follows professional stuntman and National Guardsman Sami Nasser as he juggles work commitments, his best friend’s self-destructive behavior, and a complicated separation from his ex-wife. That would be enough to deal with, bu then the nefarious gang lord / super villain Dominus Smith publicly accuses Sami of being the alter ego of Beatdown, his hometown’s notorious and unhinged vigilante.

Sami is thrown into the crosshairs of the media, law enforcement, and a slew of sociopaths. Faced with threats from all sides, Sami must fight to reclaim his identity by circumventing the police, outsmarting augmented mercenaries, and protecting his family at all costs.

Writer Joe R. Khachadourian says:

It’s hard to believe we’ve made it to the finish line. It’s been quite an adventure for Sami Nasser, myself, and the creative team, and we could not be more proud of the final product! It’s my wish that the joy we cultivated while creating the book is shared with those who read it.

Identity Stunt: Volume 1 – The Fall Guy is already available in print format through Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and more. If you were holding out for a digital format, you can now pick it up through ComiXology. The digital version is less than half the cost of the print version.

Artist J. Briscoe Allison adds:

This story moves at a break-neck pace so to have all of the issues collected in one volume is going to satisfy the ‘binge watcher’ in all of us! I’m really picky about which projects I work on, but as soon as I read the script, I fell in love! The depth of the characters, the witty dialogue, the insane action…I mean, there’s a ten-page car chase!! Who does that?!? Buckle up, friends!
