Ether Returns With The Disappearance Of Violet Bell This September

by James Ferguson

Writer Matt Kindt and artist David Rubin are joining forces once again for another volume of Ether this September. The fantasy adventure described as “Sherlock Holmes meets Dr. Seuss” is back with more magic, science, and interdimensional action in Ether: The Disappearance of Violet Bell from Dark Horse Comics.

The five-issue mini-series begins with the Faerie King’s daughter missing. Portal jumper Boone Dias is the only one who can track her down. He jumps from one magical crime scene to another to uncover a bizarre plot packed with assassin eggs, rancid pirates, ice deserts, and immortal gods.
Ether: The Disappearance of Violet Bell #1 will feature a standard cover by David Rubin and a variant by Paul Azaceta. It’s set to debut on September 18th, 2019 and is currently available for pre-order at your local comic shop.
