Xbox Live Announces Free Games For July 2019: Inside And Big Crown Showdown

As July begins, Microsoft and Xbox have brought their Xbox Live Gold subscribers another month of free titles.   This month fans can enjoy Inside and Big Crown Showdown for Xbox One, while Castlevania: Symphony of the Night and Meet the Robinsons come to the Xbox 360.

Inside is a spooky puzzle-platformer from Playdead Games, where you play as a young boy who explores strange environments filled with life-endangering traps. This game is available from July 1st to July 31st.

Next up is Big Crown Showdown, a four player PvP game developed by Hyper Luminal Games, Ltd, where players battle for the crown as they work to survive stage hazards…and each other.  Big Crown Showdown is available beginning July 16th, and will be available until August 15th.

For Xbox 360 they’ve got the classic Konami title Castlevania: Symphony of the Night.  This legendary title reinvented the Castlevania series, transforming it into equal parts RPG and exploration focused 2-D platformer.  Dracula’s son Alucard ventures into his father’s castle to save Richter Belmont and stop his father, once and for all.  Castlevania: Symphony of the Night will be available from July 1st to July 15th.

Lastly is Meet the Robinsons. Based on the 2007 film, players take on the role of Wilbur Robinson, who travels through time and uses a variety of scientific weapons and gadgets to battle against their dreaded nemesis the Bowler Hat Guy.  This will be available from July 16th to July 31st.
