Insight Editions has announced a new art book that’s right up my alley with Spider-Man: From Amazing to Spectacular – The Definitive Comic Art Collection. The deluxe art book is written by Matt Singer and includes a foreword by J.M. DeMatteis, along with exclusive interviews and content from a number of the creators that brought the web-slinger to life.

Spider-Man: From Amazing to Spectacular takes us back to the beginning with Amazing Fantasy #15 in 1962 and up to the present with looks at some of the jaw-dropping artwork that helped make the web-head such an iconic character over the years. The art book features work from artists such as Steve Ditko, John Romita Sr, John Romita Jr, Mark Bagley, Sara Pichelli, and more. It also includes exclusive commentary from creators like Brian Michael Bendis, Mark Millar, Alex Ross, Dan Slott, J. Michael Straczynski, and more.
Spider-Man: From Amazing to Spectacular is scheduled for release on October 15^th, 2019. It is currently available for pre-order at book stores and Amazon.
