NYCC 2019: Boom! Studios Reveals Special Guests & Panel Programming

I feel like I just got finished writing about San Diego Comic-Con and the announcements are starting to roll in for New York Comic Con. We’re still a little more than a month away, but the anticipating is building. Boom! Studios will be there at booth #1828 with an array of special guests as well as some choice panels. Check out the details below:

NYCC attendees will have a chance to meet creators at signing events during the convention. These include Bryan Edward Hill (Joss Whedon’s Angel), Daniele Di Nicuolo (Mighty Morphin Power Rangers), David Jesus Vignolli (New World), Delilah S. Dawson (Sparrowhawk), Gaby Dunn (Bury the Lede), James Tynion IV (Something’s Killing the Children, The Woods), Lev Grossman (The Magicians), R.L. Stine (Just Beyond: The Scare School), Ryan Parrott (Mighty Morphin Power Rangers & Saban’s Go Go Power Rangers), Simon Spurrier (Coda), Simone di Meo (Mighty Morphin Power Rangers/Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles), Sina Grace (Saban’s Go Go Power Rangers, Ghosted in LA), Patrick McHale (BAGS: or a Story Thereof, Over the Garden Wall), Karan Ashley (Aisha Campbell on Mighty Morphin Power Rangers), and Steve Cardenas (Rocky DeSantos on Mighty Morphin Power Rangers).

Studios and GLAAD present an in-depth roundtable discussion about LGBTQ representation in pop culture and the path forward to a brighter, more inclusive future, with special guests from all corners of the entertainment world including Gaby Dunn (Bad With Money, Bury The Lede), Sina Grace (Saban’s Go Go Power Rangers, Ghosted in LA), Royal Dunlap (b.b. free), James Tynion IV (Detective Comics, The Woods), Vita Ayala (Livewire), Megan Townsend (Director of Entertainment Research & Analysis, GLAAD) and more.

Friday, October 4th
