Wasted Space From Vault Comics Adapted As An Audiobook By Graphic Audio

by Olly MacNamee

One of Vault Comics early titles, Wasted Space, by writer Michael Moreci, artist Hayden Sherman, colorist by Jason Wordie, letterer by Jim Campbell has been adapted as an audio book by Graphic Audio and is out September 30th

Wasted Space follows Billy Bane, a prophet who got it all wrong, and the galaxy has been burning ever since. All he wants is to waste away in the darkest corner of space with his best pal Dust, a supercharged Fuq bot. But when a new prophet comes calling, Billy is summoned to save the galaxy he’s at least partially responsible for destroying. Too bad he couldn’t care less.

Check out a trailer for Wasted Space now:

And, it would seem it’s a great book to adapt to audio as Wasted Space audiobook director, Richard Rohan, explains:

Wasted Space is a bouncy, twisting ride of a story, blasting through space opera tropes and conventions with a splash of social satire. Having the opportunity to render that story in GraphicAudio was almost as much fun as the story itself!

I’ts available for pre-order now, while the third volume in this sci-fi saga starts up again in November from Vault Comics. Fun for your ears and your eyes!
