Leam Comic-Con 2019: Panels, Guests And Schedules

It’s a weekend of comic cons on both sides of the pond. And, although Leam Comic Con is somewhat smaller, it’s yet another great example of an independent UK comic show that focusses primarily on comics. Organisers Dan Mailer and Lisa-Marie Nelson have estimated they’ve given out over 5,000 free comics over the past few years they’ve been running this show. that takes some beating I imagine.

And, with Judge Dredd co-creator John Wagner coming, as well as Jamie Delano (Hellblazer, Captain Britain) and Mike Carey (Lucifer, Barbarella, The Girl With All The Gifts) and current Comics Laureate, Hannah Berry, it’s got a lot to offer, especially with the ever-manic Etherington Brothers (The Phoenix Weekly) along for the ride once again too. Definitely a show for children of all ages.

Furthermore, its another show that supports small press creators too, with plenty of stalls offering up geeky goodies and indie reads fro most tastes. Full line-ups here.

Situated in the All-Saints’ Parish Church, this coming Saturday 5th October, it all kicks off at 10am for advance ticket holders and then 11am to the general public, with tickets still available from here. with children under 13 getting in for free.
