Sye Raa Is Bombastic Bollywood At Its Best

As a fan of Bollywood action movies I knew I had to see Sye Raa when it came out. The film is a historical action epic inspired by the life of Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy, who revolted against the British East India Company.
The romance and betrayal plot lines are too melodramatic to be taken seriously … but I watched the film for the action, which delivers in spades. The slow-motion, camera movements, and choreography rival those of Kingsmen: Secret Service. Sye Raa is a must-watch for action fans and is unlike anything else in cinema.
