‘Half-Life: Alyx’ Gameplay Footage Unveiled

Valve has released gameplay footage of their upcoming VR title, Half-Life: Alyx. Fans of the Half-Life series have been awaiting a new entry since Half-Life 2 released back in 2004. The popular developer made headlines when they announced they would finally be creating a new title in the Half-Life universe, and only garnered even more attention when they revealed the title would be VR only. With the release date so close, they had no problems dropping not one, but three separate gameplay videos for the upcoming title, each showing off the unique aspects of the gameplay.

 
Set between the events of Half-Life and Half-Life 2, it sees Alyx Vance battling against an alien race to protect humanity.

The game will release on Steam for the Valve Index, HTC Vive, Oculus Rift, and Oculus Quest on March 23rd.
