Stay Home Comic Con Brings Artists & Fans Together

by James Ferguson

With COVID-19 causing comic conventions around the world to be canceled or postponed, artists, freelancers, and entrepreneurs are missing out on a huge amount of income and fans aren’t getting the opportunity to interact with their favorite creators. A group of artists including Gladys P. Nut and Irene Berbee, is looking to do something about that this weekend with Stay Home Comic Con, an online convention.

Anyone can visit Stay Home Comic Con from the comfort of their own home in self isolation. You can check out the virtual artist alley, look at digital booths of small shop owners, chat with visitors on Discord, join the cosplay contest, or interact with a number of different livestreams from artists.

You can register for your free tickets online, enjoy the convention, and never leave the couch.
