Support Retailers By Buying ‘Ice Cream Man’ Twice Weekly Mini-Comics From Quarantine Comix

by Olly MacNamee

Another day and another great initiative has been launched to help support the already ailing comic book retailers out there. This time it’s the creative team behind Image Comics’ Ice Cream Man, W. Maxwell Prince, Martín Morazzo and Chris O’Halloran, who are offering a new downloadable 2-4 page  mini-comic twice weekly for $1.99, with half the proceeds going to the Book Industry Charitable Foundation (BINC), which has just benefitted from a $250,000 donation by DC Comics.
To purchase these comics take a trip over to Quarantine Comix and sign up. Another great way to support retailers as well as support the creators working on these mini-comics and getting something out of it for yourself. It’s a win-win, all around.
And, if you like what you read, maybe ask your LCBS to save you a copy to pick I when it reopens. Pay in advance, if you can afford it, and help in trying to save livelihoods.
