Gameplay Revealed In ‘Utawarerumono: Prelude To The Fallen’ Trailer

Utawarerumono is a popular Japanese adult tactical role-playing visual novel. For the first time, the origins of the saga, Utawarerumono: Prelude to the Fallen, is arriving overseas. NIS America will be releasing the game in North America, Europe and Oceania next month on the PlayStation 4 and PS Vita. Recently, new gameplay footage was shown of the upcoming title.

Utawarerumono: Prelude to the Fallen is about a man with no memories who wakes up in a different world and is taken in by a friendly local village. When neighboring nations look to encroach on the quaint hamlet, the man must protect his adopted family and sets off on a legendary quest.

Watch the gameplay trailer below. Utawarerumono: Prelude to the Fallen comes out May 26th in North America and May 29th in Europe and Oceania on the PS 4 and PS Vita. For those who own both systems, cross save is available between the platforms allowing play at home or when you’re out and about.
