Alberto Vázquez is a visionary animator who should be on everybody’s radar. In his first feature, Bird Boy: The Forgotten Children, a group of animals journey through a drug-fueled post-apocalyptic hellscape. His upcoming film Unicorn Wars pits an army of fanatical teddy bears against dark and mysterious unicorns. With his latest short film Decorado, a mouse suspects that the world around him is no more real than a movie set.
