Your First Look At ‘Dark Nights: Death Metal’ #2 From Synder, Capullo And Dc Comics
by Olly MacNamee
DC Comics, fresh off the critical glow it has rightly received for their debut issue of Dark Nights: Death Metal, (you have all read my own review, right?) have offered up an early look at some interior art and variant covers from Greg Capullo, Jonathan Glapion, FCO Plascencia, David Finch, Jerome Opeña, Stanley “Artgerm” Lau, and Doug Mahnke for their second issue, due out July 14th. Check it out below and our first glimpse at a very aged Justice Society of America:
Get ready to scream! Wonder Woman roars across the horrifying Dark Multiverse landscape in the world’s most demented monster truck, with Swamp Thing riding shotgun! The two arrive at the ghoulish cemetery base of Batman and his army of zombies, but can the former friends stand each other long enough to form a plan and take back the planet? Plus, what’s Lobo doing in space?
Don’t miss the second chapter of the wildest ride in the DC Universe, from the epic team of writer Scott Snyder and artist Greg Capullo!
