DC Comics Team’s Up With ‘The Big Bang Theory’ Star Mayim Bialik For New Middle Grade ‘Flash Facts’

DC Comics have tapped up actress Mayim Bialik, who played Amy Farah Fowler in the hit comedy The Big Bang Theory, and who is a Phd neuroscientist herself. So, the perfect celebrity to help put together a new middle grade (ages 8 – 12 years old) graphic novel looking at the world of science through the eyes of The Flash. A hero who is no stranger to science himself.

Debuting February 2021, this new graphic novel, Flash Facts, aligns with Next Generation Science Standards, providing a helpful bridge between the S.T.E.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) lessons taught inside the classroom and how these principles affect our everyday lives. And, it looks like it’ll be a fun read too, as you’ll pick up from these interior unlettered pages released by DC to accompany this announcement, with art by Dustin Hansen.
