The True Light Of The World Shines In ‘The Sacrifice Of Darkness’ First Look

BOOM! Studios has shared an early preview of The Sacrifice of Darkness, the upcoming original graphic novel from author Roxane Gay, writer Tracy Lynne Oliver, artist Rebecca Kirby, and colorist James Fenner. Adapted from Gay’s short story “We Are the Sacrifice of Darkness” the full-length graphic novel expands the story about a tragic even that bathes the world in darkness forever.

Follow a couple’s powerful journey through this new landscape as they discover love, family, and the true light in a world seemingly robbed of any. As they challenge the world’s notions of identity, guilt, and survival, they find that no matter the darkness, there remain sources of hope that can pierce the veil.

The Sacrifice of Darkness is set for release on October 21st, 2020 at your local comic shop and on October 27th, 2020 at bookstores and Amazon.
