Thought Bubble Adds Kevin Smith, Duncan Jones To Its Impressive Virtual Con Line-Up

We are just over a week away from this year’s virtual Thought Bubble and still names are being added. And, more big names too with the likes of Kevin Smith, Matt Fraction, Duncan Jones and Alex de Campi (the latter two there to discuss their new graphic novel MADI: Once Upon A Time In The Future) joining in the fun. But, it still grates that this particular convention isn’t going ahead for so many reasons. Still, a weekend at home and in front of the computer does work out cheaper on my wallet and lighter on my liver, so there is that I suppose.

Plus, they’ve just announced all of these events too making it a rather packed weekend ahead of comic book fans like me:

“Thought Bubble have also announced exciting events presented in conjunction with a number of partners. Main festival sponsor comiXology who will be hosting exclusive panels including Chip on Chip where Chip Mosher comiXology’s Head of Content will sit down with writer and artist, Chip Zdarsky, the man behind the comiXology Originals series, Afterlife, Sex Criminals from Image Comics and, Daredevil and Spider-Man: Life Story from Marvel. 

Other partner events include a premiere of the first episode of Marvel’s Black Panther: Sins of the King, an immersive audiobook narrated by The Good Place’s William Jackson Harper, presented and available exclusively from Serial Box. A special edition of #TimsTwitterListeningParty presented by Mondo, Death Waltz and Tim Burgess will invite fans to join a listen along of legendary film composer Michael Giacchino’s  (The Incredibles, Rogue One, UP, Star Trek) debut album ‘Travelogue: Volume 1’. The party will be hosted by Michael Giacchino, artist Henry Abrams and some very special surprise guests.”
