Legendary Comics Releases ‘Annihilator’ Paperback Edition

Legendary Comics has released Annihilator in softcover for the first time. Available now in bookstores and Amazon, the reality-bending sci-fi adventure comic is written by Grant Morrison and illustrated by Frazer Irving. It features a new introduction by actor Christopher Meloni along with bonus materials on the making of the comic.

Washed-up Hollywood screenwriter Ray Spass is caught in a downward spiral of broken relationships, wild parties and self-destruction. Out of luck and out of chances, he’s one failed script away from fading into obscurity. Little does he know he’s about to write the story of his life. As his imagination runs rampant, Ray must join forces with his own fictional character Max Nomax on a reality-bending race to stop the entire universe from imploding… without blowing his own mind in the process.

In his introduction, Meloni writes: “here is the master storyteller exercising (exorcising?) his restless mind, his demanding imagination and bringing gothic horror sci fi present day futuristic mind bend time bend anti-hero saga…and I know I left a half dozen descriptors out.”
