Everything Regened For 2021: The All-Ages Action Is Back At 2000 AD!

2000 AD’s all-ages issues – 2000 AD Regened – continue to be the biggest-selling issues of the year for the company, so it’s no surprise to see that they’ll be continuing into 2021 with another four Regened Progs full of fan-favourite characters such as Cadet Dredd, alongside more from strips that shined in 2020 (Pandora Perfect, Department K), plus plenty of new all-ages action from the best creators around!
The idea behind the Regened Progs, to get more readers and more young readers into 2000 AD, certainly seems to be working, with Rebellion reporting that these all-ages issues continue to be ‘among the best-selling issues of 2000 AD of the year’. And obviously, more readers and more young readers can only be a good thing for both the future of 2000 AD and the future of comics here in the UK.
In 2021, we’ll be seeing four Regened Progs once more, 48-page issues designed for all-ages and featuring new takes on some of 2000 AD’s biggest characters, as well as brand new series. For 2021 the Regened Progs will be – Prog 2220 (24 Feb), Prog 2233 (26 May), Prog 2246 (25 Aug), and Prog 2256 (3 Nov).
And, amongst the treats in store for us, we’ll see the return hit new series Pandora Perfect by Roger Langridge and Brett Parson, and the Judge Dredd-world series Department K by Rory McConville and PJ Holden.
Plus there’ll be even more new stories making their debut, such as Action Pact by Michael Carroll and Luke Horsman, and Lowborn High by David Barnett and Philip Bond.

The first Regened Prog of 2021 hits on Wednesday 24th February, available from newsagents and comic shops in the UK and from the best comic shops worldwide, as well as being available through digital comic stores and subscription.
