‘Final Fantasy VII: The First Soldier’ Is A Battle Royale Final Fantasy

Square-Enix announced yet another Final Fantasy game set in the Final Fantasy VII universe, this time a battle royale…because Square absolutely had to get in on that genre. The new title, Final Fantasy VII: The First Soldier is set thirty years before the events of the main game, with members of Shinra’s SOLDIER doing battle with one another, trying to survive to the end. This game combines traditional gun weaponry with Final Fantasy spells, summons, and swords.
Final Fantasy VII: The First Soldier will release on iOS and Android during 2021.
