The Future Is ‘M.O.D.O.K.’ In A New Trailer For The Upcoming Hulu Series
by Erik Amaya
Early in this new trailer for the upcoming series M.O.D.O.K., M.O.D.O.K. (Patton Oswalt) declares “The future is M.O.D.O.K.!” It is a sentiment we can agree on. But as the trailer progresses, it is clear M.O.D.O.K. no longer believes that to be the case. His domestic situation is falling apart with wife Jodie (Aimee Garcia) filing for divorce and AIM has gone bankrupt. But maybe he’ll make the best of it. We saw him riding Fin Fang Foom’s back, after all.
The series also features Melissa Fumero and Ben Schwartz as M.O.D.O.K.’s children, Melissa and Lou, Jon Daly as the Super-Adaptoid, Wendi McLendon-Covey as Monica Rappaccini, and Beck Bennett as AIM’s new owner, Austin Van Der Sleet. The series will also feature appearances by Nathan Fillion as Wonder Man — a part he’s been tangentially connected to for years — Jon Hamm as Iron Man, Whoopi Goldberg as Poundcakes, and Bill Hader as both Angar the Screamer and the Leader.
M.O.D.O.K. comes to Hulu on May 21st.
