House Of X: Previewing All The X-Men Titles Out This Week (Part 1)

by Olly MacNamee

Normally we get one or two titles a week from the X-Offices of Marvel Comics. And even then the previews are usually just two slim pages long. Hence our decision to present them all in the one post.

But with this week bringing us six X-Men titles with a new title joining the ranks, X-Corps #1. So we thought we’d bring you your regular Monday morning mutant fix over two parts, with previews of the new aforementioned title as well as a look at X-Factor #9 and X-Force #20. All titles out this Wednesday 12th May from Marvel:

“KRAKOA IS FOR CLOSERS! The deals have been made. Mutantkind is safe on Krakoa. As the Reign of X continues, what are the wants of the mutants who have everything? Leading the charge is X-CORPORATION, headed by CXOs Monet St. Croix and Warren Worthington, a duo as cutthroat and ruthless in the boardroom as they are on a battlefield. But X-Corp needs more than just its figureheads. As Monet sets out to staff their team with some of the brightest and most deviant minds in mutantkind, Warren finds himself in a tense meeting with one of Krakoa’s first allies who wants to know the truth: on Angel’s wings, will X-Corp crash or soar?”

X-Force #20

Written by Benjamin Percy

“INVITE-ONLY TO THE HELLFIRE GALA! It’s party time, but somebody’s got to work it. And when invited guests (and a few crashers) prove to be planted antagonistic agents, X-FORCE will need to get their hands dirty and keep this all under wraps…before anyone catches wind!”

X-Factor #9

Written by Leah Williams

Cover by Ivan Shavrin

“BEST! CONCERT! EVER! The Morrigan needs to be destroyed! The answer lies in the Mojoverse. LOOKS LIKE WE’RE GETTING THE BAND BACK TOGETHER.”
