Image Comics’ Sell Out: ‘Stray Dogs’ And ‘Shadecraft’ Get More Printings

More Image Comics sell out and get rushed back to the printers. Not only does last week’s Stray Dogs #4 by Tony Fleecs and Trish Forstner get a second printing, but the first issue goes back to the printers again for a third time! Both new printings will be out, along with the final issue of this first series, on Wednesday, June 23rd with all-new covers.

“In Stray Dogs #4, time is running out. Hackles are raised, tensions are high, and nobody’s had a thing to eat. When the Master’s away, the dogs will drag everything awful into the light. And the awful truth is nobody’s coming to set them free.”

Also landing on June 23rd is a second printing of Joe Henderson and Lee Garbett’s Shadecraft #3, with a Netflix TV deal in the works with Henderson on board to co-write the pilot and Georgia Lee and Garbett attached as a producer.

“In *Shadecraft,* readers meet Zadie Lu, who is afraid of her own shadow. She’s a teenager, so she REALLY should have grown out of it by now, right? But something weird is happening in her small town. Zadie could swear the shadows are coming to life. Watching her. Trying to KILL her. But how do you fight something you can’t even touch? And how does all of this tie into her FAMILY, of all things?”

Oh, and in case you need reminding, Shadecraft #1, third printing by Jock and Garbett and Shadecraft #2, second printing by Garbett will be available on Wednesday, June 2nd. Next week, in fact!
