E3 is finally here! Or, at least, the prologue of it has already begun. Geoff Keighley is back with Summer Game Fest; this time condensing the beginning of it into a single program which lasted almost 100 minutes and had everything from new games to interviews with developers and musical performances from bands like Japanese Breakfast and Weezer.
I reacted to the show on Twitch, which featured over thirty world premieres including Tiny Tina: Wonderlands, Metal Slug Tactics, Jurassic World Evolution 2, the debut of a new publishing company in Prime Matter Games, a new development studio in Deviation Games, and the long-awaited new premiere of From Software’s latest title, Elden Ring, among multiple other titles as well. The show as a whole served as a great way to begin E3, though there are still a number of questions left surrounding many of the new games. Take a look at my opinions of the kickoff in the video above.
