Review Round Up: Another Week’s Worth Of Comic Book Reviews
by Olly MacNamee
A rather quieter week on the review front compared to most. But, as I look ahead to next week’s new comics I expect a great deal more from myself and my fellow reviewers. That’s not to say we’ve been resting on out laurels. Just recharging our batteries.
Scott Redmond reviewed DC Comics/Milestone Static Shock Season One #1 as well as Nightwing #81 as well as Marvel’s Excalibur #21 and Children of the Atom #4.
Sticking with the X-Men, Tony Thornley looked at this week’s game-changing Planet-Sized X-Men #1, while Cesareo Garasa reviewed BOOM! Studios’ Wynd #7 and I looked at Marvel’s Heroes Reborn #7 and thanked the gods it was all but over. Simply dreadful from start to finish.
Also reviewed this week was 2000 AD’s Judge Dredd: Guatemala collection by Richard Bruton, the graphic novel Journey Into Mexico by Koom Kankesan and Rachel Bellwoar reviewed The Six Sidekicks of Trigger Keaton #1 from Image Comics.
