Developer Saber Interactive has released a four minute trailer discussing the gameplay of their upcoming game, World War Z: Aftermath. Aftermath will take players across the world to take the threat to the zombies themselves, with one of the main new settings being Rome, as well as Russia, where players will play alongside returning characters to the narrative. Other changes to the game include a first-person mode, melee weapons, and a new class: Vanguard. Vanguards will be able to wield an electric shield that can rush through enemies.
World War Z: Aftermath is scheduled to launch in the Fall for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC for $39.99. It will also be available via backwards compatibility for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series owners.
