Review Round Up: A Wide Array Of Reviews From A Wide Array Of Publishers

by Olly MacNamee

This past week offered up another varied mix of reviews for new and forthcoming releases with loosk at books from DC Comics, Marvel, Image Comics and more.

We’ll start with Scott Redmond who reviewed Marvel’s Hellions #14, Silk #5, The United States of Captain America #2, Image Comics’ Stillwater #9, BOOM! Studios’ Firefly #31 and IDW’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Annual 2021.

Our resident X-Men expert and long-term fan, Tony Thornley, took a look at Marvel’s Wolverine #14, X-Men #2, and The Immortal Hulk #49.

I took a look at a number of books myself. I posted reviews for DC Comics’ The Swamp Thing #6, a late review for Batman: Reptilian #2 as well as advance reviews for Vault Comics’ Deadbox #1, Image Comics’ Primordial #1 and Albatross Funnybooks’ Did You Hear What Eddie Gein Done?.

Meanwhile, Tito W James reviewed 1000 Storms and Brigada both from Magnetic Press and Richard Bruton, reviewed 2000AD/Rebellion’s Lawless Vol. 3. Another great selectionof comic books and graphic novels from a good range of publishers. And maybe the odd title you hadn’t heard of before but may take a chance on after reading up on it here?
