‘Marvel’s Guardians Of The Galaxy’ Game Introduces The Universal Church Of Truth

Eidos Montreal showed off a new trailer for Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy, this time introducing a main antagonist, the Grand Unifier Raker. Raker is a member of the Universal Church of Truth, which aims to bring their “promise” to the galaxy in this universe. This is one of the Guardians’ long-time foes, as they were originally formed to battle against the Universal Church of Truth in the comics. The trailer mentions a “Her” that’s leading the group, but the character remains unrevealed for now. If nothing else, this gives a hint at how well-developed this version of the Marvel Universe is.
Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy launches on October 26th for PlayStation and Xbox consoles as well as PC.
