Thought Bubble 2021: Northern Monk Brewery Collaborates With Six Comic Book Artists On This Year’s Boozy Offerings

As with previous years, Thought Bubble have collaborated with an independent local brewery to create limited edition illustrated IPA beers for this year’s festival. The first artist to be announced is superstar Jock, who adorns this first release with Judge Dredd who’s face will be included on “a classic DDH IPA with a glossy base of flaked oats and malted barley, with Idaho 7 and El Dorado in the whirlpool for pulpy citrus and overripe tropical fruit flavours.”
But, at £5.80 a can, it’s not an especially cheap drink. By any standards. Especially for a Northern based brewery. But, I daresay there will be plenty of takers for this frothy festival brew.
