Guy Ritchie Is Back With ‘Operation Fortune: Ruse De Guerre’

Guy Ritchie is having a resurgence with his most recent films The Gentlemen and Wrath of Man being a welcome return to stylized crime cinema. With Ritchie’s latest flick, Jason Statham plays super spy Orson Fortune who’s reluctantly teamed with the world’s best operatives (Aubrey Plaza, Cary Elwes, Bugzy Malone) and a blackmailed movie star (Josh Hartnett) to help him stop the sale of a deadly new weapons technology wielded by a billionaire arms broker (Hugh Grant). The trailer is alive with wit and cutting-edge cinematography. The real crime would be missing out on this film once it hits theaters in 2022.
