Polyphony Digital Releases ‘Gran Turismo 7: Daytona International Speedway’ Trailer

The king of racing games is only weeks away from making a return, and developer Polyphony Digital has released a new trailer showing someone running a lap at the Daytona International Speedway. Polyphony Digital and Sony have been quietly promoting Gran Turismo 7 through a variety of trailers, mixing developer diaries with gameplay through various environments. Previously, they revealed the Deep Forest Raceway gameplay.
Gran Turismo is one of Sony’s longest running franchises, though it’s also one that releases the least. The last Gran Turismo was Gran Turismo Sport in 2017, which was a bit iffy in terms of critical reception, getting a 75 on Metacritic. Hopefully this version is a bit more well-received, especially as Microsoft’s Forza Horizon series becomes more popular.
Gran Turismo 7 launches for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 on March 4th.
